STEAG Energy Services (SES) has been involved in ESKOM’s efficiency improvement project. After defining baselines SES identified a full set of improvement levers including operation & maintenance and minor engineering modifications. SES determined mindsets and capability readiness to implement improvements. A roll-out approach of improvements across the power plant fleet was scheduled.
