Waste incineration plant T. A. Lauta, Germany – Full operational management
The T.A. Lauta waste incineration plant generates electricity and steam from municipal waste. The electricity is fed into the grid and the steam is released to supply industrial customers with process steam.
The plant is equipped with state-of-the-art grate firing and flue gas cleaning technology and is characterized by high reliability and availability. With its high level of efficiency, the system helps to conserve resources and avoid CO2 emissions.
This coupling of electricity and heat leads to a particularly efficient use of the energy contained in the waste. With a throughput of approx. 225,000 tons per year, safe, modern and environmentally friendly waste disposal is guaranteed for more than 1 million inhabitants.
